In the 1913 Comey Plan, Little White Oak Bayou was called Hollywood Bayou and was recommended as the 3rd greenway development after Buffalo and White Oak Bayous. I-45 cut thru neighborhoods. It's time to reconnect the entire Northside along the Bayou.
